I love pizza. I just don't need the extra carbs, flour, gluten, etc. I decided to try the Suzanne Somer's crustless pizza. Yum. It is like when you take just the tops of the pizza and eat it. Delish. Try it.

First part of recipe, the cream cheese mixture poured into baking dish.
1 - 8oz package of cream cheese -- place at room temp.
1/4 C shredded fresh parm
Mix above ingredients with a spoon. Take a 9 x 13 inch baking dish/pyrex, and coat liberally with butter, -- wondered if PAM would work, but just used butter. Coat liberally so it doesn't stick.
Pour -- yes pour the ingredients in the dish and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees, will be set, and just barely brown around corners.
Now, remove, push oven to 400 degrees. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and any of your favorite toppings. Put in oven until meleted and bubbly. Next time, I may leave mine in a bit longer.
Let set for 5 minutes, so cheese doesn't run. Slice, and remove with a spatchula.
Enjoy. Yum. Seriously, I have never tried one of Suzanne Somer's recipes that wasn't spot on and great.
