Fresh Tomato Pasta Salad - Diabetic Friendly

About this time of year you may be having an overload of tomatoes from your garden.  Yay.  Make a quick pasta salad.

I use the Dreamfields Low Carb Pasta, just a bit or small handful goes a long way.  Load it up with diced tomatoes, sweet basil (chopped) fresh mozzarella (easy to find in grocery store), and a small drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.

Yes, you can add, chicken, pepperoni, or anything else you like.  Have a ton of zucchini or squash, chop up fresh and add in.  Normally I add olives, but I was out.
