Painting Mirror Martha Stewart Metallic Gold

This is the mirror from the dresser set I did for my daughter.  Ignore the junk in the background, except that wonderful fur chair.

Anyway, I am in the process of painting it Gold.  I love the Martha Stewart Metallic Paints, that you can get at Home Depot.  Using Vintage Gold.  I will leave the gold that is on the mirror and just lightly put the vintage gold over it.  No prep needed, as that metallic paint attaches pretty good, and I don't mind a few nicks and scratches.
Hope to have it done this week and to post a full picture.

Easy DIY McDonalds Chicken Snack Wraps

Easy chicken snack wraps.
Ok, so my daughter got me hooked on the McDonald's Snack Wraps.  I love them.
I decided to do a home version.

Thank you Trader Joes.  Love their Breaded Chicken Tenderloins (again, thanks Lo for telling me about a great product).
BBQ of your choice.
Cheese of your choice.
Tortillas of your choice, I use the low carb ones.

Cooked the chicken, put on the tortilla, drizzled a bit of bbq, some cheese and I added some lettuce.
Yum.  Yes, I admit it I ate 2.
I can't cook, but I can put a few things together.  I will make this again and again.
Love it.

Great Neutral Nailpolish - Sinful Colors

I admit it.  I am a sucker for a great neutral nailpolish.  I don't like to have tons, just one or two go to's.  As soon as my Spring Fever hit, I knew it was time for a pink.
Walgreens to the rescue.  I have short nails, and I don't want something hard to maintain.  Just throw on and go.  Or repaint quickly.  Oh, and I love a good price too.  The price point on this polish is $1.99.  Can't beat that.  It wears great for me.

Sinful Colors --Glass Pink.

Below, one quick coat.  I did two on my toes, and love the neutral with a bit of sparkle.
Oh, and for a project, working on painting mirrors this weekend.
